Client experience is at the heart of the service I offer, beginning at the very first meeting or site visit, when I invest time to really understand the needs and preferences of an individual or family. Fostering a trusted and positive relationship really does form the basis of the most successful projects.
I work collaboratively, keeping clients informed and involved throughout the design process. Some clients wish to be involved in all decision-making, others have enough going on in their busy lives and want it taken care of. There’s no one size fits all and we quickly find a rhythm that works for everyone to find beautiful design solutions, whilst ensuring transparency around budgets and timelines.

“I can be a bit all over the place with ideas, Caroline was really good at talking through my ideas, getting a feel for what I wanted to create and then helping me tie it all in. My open plan kitchen living area now has a nice contemporary look that I wanted to achieve without feeling too modern for me. “Where do I start? Caroline offered us a unique, cost effective and wonderful concept for our 8 year olds “wolf room”. We struggled with ideas to recreate a peaceful room with a small space and budget. Caroline took no time to come up with a mood board filled with glorious ideas. The end result was stunning. All this was put together despite lockdown restrictions and Caroline having to work remotely.The theme is also not going to age and my 8 year old will not grow out of it too quickly.
